Why am I not able to find some artists and / or songs?

Deedo is in partnership with several labels and record company, but not all. We strive to sign new agreements regularly in order to offer you a musical catalog including all your favorite artists.

How to use the app in offline mode (without internet connection) ?

To use the app in offline mode, you need to have a premium subscription.

  1. Make sure you are connected via WIFI
  2. Download the playlist for offline
  3. Set the app in offline mode
  4. Enjoy !

Be sure to be in wifi, then go to “My Turntable”, and choose the playlist to put offline:

Click on the icon “Offline”, the songs are downloaded on your machine:

I can not find Deedo in the Play Store / Apple store

Deedo is currently available in France, Senegal, Mali and Ivory coast. If you reside outside of these 4 countries, do not panic, Deedo arrives soon! Please send us an e-mail to deedochezmoi@deedo.io with your country of residence and we will contact you as soon as the service will be available to you! See you soon 😉

Regarding the social program, what is the share of my subscription paid to help disadvantaged populations?

5% of your subscription to Deedo is donated to the association you have chosen. You can follow the progress of the help program directly on your session under the heading ‘One song, One soul’.

How to pay ?

We provide secured payment via Stripe for international credit card, visa, mastercard.
We do propose as well adapted payment methods for africa (mobile money in particular).

How to cancel a subscription ?

To cancel a paid monthly subscription, once logged into your profile, just click on the button “See your current subscription” then “Cancel”.
In case of difficulties, thank you for communicating your username or email to support@deedo.io and we will proceed to the cancellation for you.

How to manage your account ?

To access your profile information and subscription, please visit my account.

If you wish to unsubscribe, send an email to user-delete@deedo.io.

If you want to recover all the data related to your account, send an email to user-archive@deedo.io.
